Student Engagement EXPO
The Student Engagement Network (SEN) is hosting the 6th annual Student Engagement EXPO on Wednesday, November 9th, 2022 in the HUB Robeson Center at University Park, and you can be part of the event! All students are welcome to participate in this in-person event, but there is limited space. Here's how:
- POSTER Presenter - share any engagement experience you've had in the form of a printed poster or infographic.
- LIGHTNING Presenter - share your engagement experience with a 5–7 minute TED-style lightning talk.
- PERFORMANCE - share your engagement experience as a performing group or artist.
POSTER Session
The poster session will be held in the Freeman Lounge (across from the Freeman auditorium) from 6:00–7:00 pm. We ask that students stand by their poster during the poster showcase. Posters of all engagement types are welcome (e.g., research, internships, education abroad, service-learning, leadership, clubs/org experiences, etc.).
PERFORMANCES
Students/groups who are interested in performing at the EXPO can complete a proposal to be considered for a 20-minute time slot between 6:00–7:00 pm.
LIGHTNING Presentations
Lightning round presentations will take place in Freeman Auditorium from 7:00–8:00 pm. These are designed to be TED-style talks lasting no more than 7 minutes. Students may present individually or as part of a group. Selected speakers will be required to put together their own presentation and participate in an informational meeting.
