Want to learn more about what the Foreign Language and Area Studies (FLAS) Fellowship is? Come to an information session on Tuesday, November 12.  Students in all fields of study are welcome to apply. Languages eligible for Penn State's FLAS Fellowships are  Arabic ,  Chinese ,  Hindi ,  Japanese ,  Korean ,  Portuguese , and  Russian .
