Academic advising cannot carry holistic student success work alone, but it can help organize the network students need. This session shares how one institution is using a student success platform, onboarding surveys, early alerts, role-based access, advising readiness metrics, and cross-divisional care centers to move from isolated support to coordinated care. Presenters will describe the people, processes, and technology behind the model, including how advising touchpoints are connected to academic planning, basic needs, career exploration, financial wellness, and persistence strategies. Academic advisors, advising administrators, and student success leaders will examine a transferable framework, discuss implementation challenges, and identify one opportunity to strengthen coordinated care at their own institution.
