DUS News - October 1, 2018
If you have three final exams on one day OR three exams in consecutive periods you can file an Overload Conflict Exam Request Form if you are at University Park, Harrisburg, or Behrend campus. If you are at another campus, please contact your campus registrar. The University Registrar explains the Final Exam conflict procedure.
Don’t know when your exams are? You can find a tutorial on viewing your exam schedule in LionPATH. Look for “Exam Schedule” under Other academics.
When thinking about what to schedule for next semester, keep the Undergraduate Bulletin in mind. The Bulletin allows you to search Penn State's 160 degree programs and view the course requirements for each. Each tile on the "Programs" page represents one major and you can click on the tile to learn more information about it. Once you select a major to view, the Suggested Academic Plan tab on the right hand side will provide you with the recommended course sequence for that major. Additionally, the Suggested Academic Plan is interactive, which allows you to click on a course and view the description and pre-requisites. You can use this tool as a guide to determine what courses you should schedule for the spring semester.
If you have been in Grange building recently, you may have noticed the digital screens in the lobby. If you haven't, you should, there is a lot of useful information there for you to see! In an effort to help us provide you with the most relevant information, our communications team would like your feedback on these digital displays. Please complete this brief survey to help us improve our digital display and information sharing for you and other DUS students.
