News:
Best wishes from the Associate Dean

As the spring semester comes to a close, I want to wish you all the best on your final exams. I hope that your summer is relaxing and that you take time to continue thinking about your educational journey. In particular, make time to reflect on how you plan to finish your academic studies at Penn State. With all your experiences this summer, challenge yourself to think about how you will apply your Penn State education to solve problems and strengthen communities—whether nearby or at a distance. Please know that academic advisers in the Division of Undergraduate Studies are available over the summer to help you discuss your educational goals and to consider what opportunities might best connect with your interests. Use this summer to recharge and to reconnect with family and friends.

Sincerely,
David R. Smith
Associate Dean for Advising and
  Executive Director
The Division of Undergraduate Studies

DUS Student Survey

As mentioned in an email you received last week, you are invited to participate in a survey of the student experience in the Division of Undergraduate Studies. This brief five-minute online survey is confidential and voluntary and your feedback will help us understand how students interact with their advisers and how advisers help students. You may stop at any time and you are not required to answer any questions that you do not want to answer. The survey results will not be linked to individual students for analysis and will be reported in the aggregate only. We will use what we learn from this survey to improve our advising program.

Please follow this link to access the survey: Take the Survey (Note: if you have already completed the survey, no need to do it again.)
