In DUS at University Park

DUS’ Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion works to bolster an inclusive, welcoming, diverse, and equitable Penn State experience for all DUS students. We help students in DUS find their sense of place within the University, connect to relevant communities, and grow academically, personally, and culturally. We seek to help DUS students and staff increase their cultural awareness, comfort, and knowledge, and to become more engaged and competent citizens of the world.

DUS students may see us for help:

  • connecting with multicultural interest groups, clubs, organizations, and opportunities (including scholarships/fellowships)
  • feeling seen and heard
  • navigating cultural difficulties that they come across. For example, navigating biased and/or bigoted incidents on and off campus, unpacking the hidden curriculum, navigating university policies and procedures, etc.
  • finding opportunities across campus

Interested in meeting with a member of the DUS Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, raise your hand.
