Far away in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I may not reach them, but I can look up and see their beauty, believe in them, and try to follow where they lead.
- Louisa May Alcott

My favorite place I have traveled is... Every place I’ve traveled has been a privilege – and Penn State has played a huge part in my opportunities! I’ve lost count, but I’ve traveled to at least two dozen countries. Among my favorite is Antigua, Guatemala where I had the good fortune to spend independence day, and celebrate the people and its beauty.

My Bucket List is simply to keep traveling.

My childhood dream was to be a translator, a veterinarian, a writer, a lawyer... I started in DUS.

My favorite job growing up was... I gravitated towards ice cream shops and worked at both Baskin Robbins and Dairy Queen in high school. But one of my favorite jobs was working for The Daily Collegian in college.

You may not know this about me, but I am an especially friendly introvert.

Something someone told me that I still live by today: Turn the page.

If I could only listen to one band the rest of my life... I love music and would never limit my options

I love to read, but never seem to carve out enough time. In the middle of half a dozen books, among them Team of Rivals and The Warmth of Other Suns.

A transformative aspect of my college career was the year I spent abroad – the first time I left the States!
