“An excellent advisor does the same for the student’s entire curriculum that the excellent teacher does for one course.”- Marc Lowenstein

In my spare time, I like to read novels, go to the movies, try new cooking recipes, binge watch TV shows, but most of all, I love traveling.

I am proud that I have been to more than 40 countries. Travel is the best classroom. It gives us our most incredible stories, our most cherished memories, and countless irreplaceable life lessons.

My childhood dream was to marry a chicken farmer, so I could eat as many eggs I wanted.

I like to collect magnets. I have collected more than 100 travel magnets.

I’m afraid of giant toads, this stems from a trip when I was stuck in a tiny restroom with more than 20 toads in a rural village in Vietnam.

My favorite place I have traveled is... It is not easy to pick one place. I love amazing beaches in Thailand, the Philippines, and Indonesia. Rural towns in Italy, Spain, and France so picturesque but if I had to choose only one place, I would select Santorini. Visit Pyrgos on Orthodox Good Friday. The entire village will light up with thousands of torches. The atmosphere is magical. It is a thrilling experience to see the town glowing from a distance, with flickering flames giving light to the night.
