To schedule an individual appointment with the Pre-Law Adviser:

1. Check:  If you attended a Pre-Law Orientation Session or Applying to Law School Session, check Starfish first and search for Kathy Garren (Pre-Law Adviser) in people/services.  You should be able to schedule an appointment with her directly through Starfish.
2. Call: If you have not attended a Pre-Law Advising Information Session (required for first- and second-year students) or you cannot access Starfish, you can call the Division of Undergraduate Studies at (814) 865-7576 to schedule an appointment.
3. Send: Send any draft documents (personal statements, addenda and resumes) that you would like to discuss in your meeting to the Pre-Law Adviser at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Review the Pre-Law Advising Document Review Policy.
   
   Your time is valuable! To get the most out of your advising discussion, it is important that you prepare for your appointment.  Write down a list of questions and bring them with you.
