Lesson 7: What courses should I schedule for spring?

Purpose: To teach you how to identify courses that would be appropriate for a major you're considering and to help you prepare to discuss them with your adviser.

In this lesson, you'll use resources to find courses that (1) meet General Education requirements, (2) are recommended for your second semester, (3) test your interests and abilities, and (4) meet entrance-to-major requirements. This process will help you keep your options open and make progress towards graduation.

(Note: If you met with your adviser earlier to plan a spring schedule for major[s] that you're still considering, use this lesson to reassess your choice of courses. If you're now considering different majors, complete this lesson and meet with your adviser again.)

Make an Appointment with Your Adviser
